WHY DOES MY PIECE NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PRODUCT IMAGE:
Most of our items are hand made or include natural stones. Each piece may vary slightly from the next and we like it this way! This means every piece is unique. Gemstones occur in nature and will naturally vary in color shape and size and can have peaks and divots and imperfections. No two are the same and none will be "perfect".
I DON'T SEE WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR ON THE WEBSITE, IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?
All of the items that are currently available for purchase are listed on the website. If it is not visible on the site, it is not available for purchase. If an item is pending restock it will be marked as such
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY:
Due to our strict health and safety standards and the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our jewelry pieces that have ever been worn. This is a health concern as jewelry is placed in the ears and on the skin
-All returns MUST be initiated with in 2 days of the date of receiving the item.
-Items MUST be unworn and still in the packaging.
-PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not eligible for return
-SALE ITEMS are final sale and no eligible for return or exchange.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest picking a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance to protect your item from theft of loss. Any lost or stolen returns are not the responsibility of Teenie + Frey.
-All returns will be processed when the item is received in the shop. STORE CREDIT ONLY will be issued as long as the item is returned in the above conditions.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS? CAN YOU FIX IT FOR ME?:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a warranty or life time guarantee and can not replace or refund any product that is damaged due to normal wear and tear.
If your item breaks with in a week of receiving it we will gladly repair it free of charge. You will need to provide an image of the damaged piece and your order number when reaching out.
If one of your pieces breaks down the road , please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you with your repair needs.
Repair fee is $10 + shipping on all pieces.
WILL MY ITEMS FADE OR TARNISH:
ALL precious and semi precious metals eventually will fade or tarnish. There are many factors that can affect this, creating a different time frame for every customer as far as how long their jewelry will last before fading. The best way to care for your Teenie + Frey pieces is to store them in a velvet lined jewelry box, or wrap it a soft material that will prevent scratches. Lightly wipe your jewelry with a microfiber cloth to get rid of any dirt or dust that may wear off the gold layer.
DO NOT shower, wash your hands, get in hot tubs, spray perfume or other harsh chemicals on or near these items as it will greatly increase how quickly the finish will wear off. Avoid working out in your items as sweat can corrode the finish as well.
We do not recommend storing your jewelry in the bathroom.
WILL THE METAL TURN MY SKIN GREEN:
This all depends on your personal chemistry. All of our plated pieces are 14k gold, white gold or rose gold fill. These are high quality metals that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals.
If an item is not on the website it is not available. Not all items are guaranteed to be restocked. We do not take special request. If you would like to be notified of new arrivals and restocks please subscribe to our newsletter! We try to keep everything that is pending restock labeled with "PENDING RESTOCK" on the item title in a timely manner.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We are open Monday - Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 2:00 pm. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders outside of business hours. If you contact us outside of business hours we will get back with you as soon as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to all emails and and contact form submissions.
