-All returns MUST be initiated with in 2 days of the date of receiving the item.
-Items MUST be returned in new and unworn condition, and in their original packaging.
-PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not eligible for return
-SALE ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for return.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest picking a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance to protect your item from theft of loss. Any lost or stolen returns are not the responsibility of Teenie + Frey.
-All returns will be processed when the item is received back to the shop.
-STORE CREDIT for the item price (minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued as long as it meets the above requirements.
