Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be processed.
Handmade items and lashes may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Please be patient with us while we make these items just for you!
Regular shipping time may increase to 6-8 days during holidays and sales.
Shipping is always free for orders over $100 with in the United States. (make sure to choose the free priority shipping option at checkout)
Once your order has been processed it will be shipped to you via USPS according to the service you purchased at check out. Tracking information will be sent to you via email.
We offer the following shipping options:
First Class- delivered with in the US in 3-5 business days. (This option does not include insurance for your order)
Priority- delivered with in the US in 2-3 business days. (Includes up to $100 of insurance for your order)
Priority Mail Express - guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. ($100 insurance for your package)
**please note : expedited shipping orders (priority and priority express) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing time frame under the "PROCESSING TIME" section above still applies to your order
we will not refund your order or shipping fees due to the lack of understanding of the above mentioned.
We do ship to the UK, Australia and Canada currently. Rates are based on weight per the USPS. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive once your order has been processed and shipped.
All fees incurred due to taxes and customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your package leaves our office, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office location with your tracking information. They will be able to assist you in recovering or filing a claim for the lost package.
Please note: If you do not choose the priority shipping option that includes insurance up to $100, Teenie + Frey is NOT liable to refund or replace packages that have been misplaced by the USPS or stolen upon delivery.
While we have no control over your package once it has been shipped, please email us at email@example.com if you have a shipping issue so that we may assist you in replacing your order.
