PLEASE NOTE: Due to our strict health and safety standards and the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our jewelry pieces that have ever been worn. This is a health concern as jewelry is placed in the ears and on the skin

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AT MYWILDLOVE@YAHOO.COM.

-All returns MUST be initiated with in 2 days of the date of receiving the item. 

-Items MUST be returned  in new and unworn condition, and in their original packaging. 

-PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not eligible for return 

-SALE ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for return.

-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest picking a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance to protect your item from theft of loss. Any lost or stolen returns are not the responsibility of Teenie + Frey.

-All returns will be processed when the item is received back to the shop.

IF ITEMS ARE SENT BACK THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY REQUIREMENTS these items will be held at the shop until return shipping has been paid by the customer and will be sent back immediately following payment.
